- Peggy the Nurse Practitioner in Laramie - went above and beyond!

- Woman who runs the Brynwood in Estes Park was so nice and we had a lovely chat before I left in the morning. She was awesome.

- Nancy Simon's home cooked meal <3

- Eric Simon mixes a mean whiskey sour!

- Ansel, the waiter at The Sink in Boulder was SO nice. An absolute treat.

- The entire Simon family's hospitality and generosity!
