I fell in love with Stage Management in college and never looked back. In 2003, I joined AEA and over the next ten years, I continued to work in the north- and southeast regions. I moved to NYC in 2013 and have expanded my career by working on and off Broadway, internationally, doing readings, labs, workshops, galas and events, while continuing to work regionally in CA, UT, and throughout the northeast. AEA has taken great strides in the last 5 years fighting for our needs and rights – but there is more work to be done. As we step into this unprecedented time, now more than ever, we need strong representation. We need Councilors who are an active part of the workforce experiencing the struggles and successes of our members first hand. We need Councilors who will work to represent Actors AND Stage Managers. And we need Councilors who will fight to protect, strengthen and preserve our benefits. As your elected Councilor, I will be on the front lines working to rebuild our industry and protect our membership. These next few years will be new territory for all of us and I am passionate about representing and working for you every day. Any Actor, Stage Manager, Director, Company Manager, Producer, or Crew Member that has worked with me knows I will always have your back. Vote Lisby for Council! Contracts worked: COST, CORST, Guest Artist, LORT, Off-Broadway, SPT.
